What you will do:

·        Work directly with customers through inbound calls. Calls range from booking a service call to follow up calls regarding a previous service.

·        Listen and understand customers issues, while offering meaningful solutions.

·        Capture’s leads at a high conversion rate.

·        Responding to emails, chats, and internet leads in a timely manner

·        Be exceptional in making and keeping our customers happy.

·        Being able to overcome objections (scheduling and pricing concerns)

·        Follow Script that aligns with QA that you are graded on to ensure we provide the best customer service possible.

·        Be open to an ever-changing atmosphere in which coaching and development leads to positive growth.


Qualifications:

·        3 years min. prior customer service experience (industry experience is a plus)

·        Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)

·        Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.

·        Proficiency using computers while actively listening, both for data entry as well as complex computer navigation

·        Service Titan experience (Preferred but not required)

·        Typing at least 45wpm

·        prompt and courteous

·        Committed to providing superior customer service.

·        Customer Service mindset with a positive attitude and outgoing personality

·        Fluent in Spanish and English (Preferred but not required)


Who we’re looking for:

This role requires someone who is comfortable interacting with people over the phone, via email and text. The ideal candidate will be friendly in person and on the phone, a self-starter who takes the initiative and can get tasks completed accurately.

You will have to solve problems, talk to customers, both new and existing and team members and support anything that may arise. You will be on the phone frequently and on the computer equally as much. All while being friendly, timely and self-directed.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $22-26/hr. depending on knowledge and experience.

Compliance Requirements

  • Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test prior to employment.
  • Must be willing to submit to an MVR report – No DUIs or more than 2 points on a driving record is our baseline standard.
