• Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to overcome objections, negotiate pricing, and schedule service calls.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and effective lead management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and stay current with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of customer service experience in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in computer software and systems, including Service Titan.
• Strong typing skills (at least 45wpm).
• Fluency in Spanish and English (preferred but not required).
