Job Summary:

We specialize in deploying advanced network solutions and are committed to delivering excellence in every project we undertake. We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple, simultaneous wireless network infrastructure projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee and manage construction activities for multiple network infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Financial Oversight: Handle financial management of projects from initial proposal/bid through to final delivery, including budget tracking, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
  • Vendor Interaction: Engage with vendors through calls and meetings to discuss project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Scheduling: Manage project schedules, forecast future needs based on project timelines, and ensure all components are tracked efficiently.
  • Material Management: Create Material Requests, monitor equipment procurement, and oversee equipment receipt and acceptance.
  • Compliance: Utilize internal tools to process documentation for FAA/FCC filings and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Competitive Bidding: Conduct competitive bidding processes using systems.
  • Support and Coordination: Assist the implementation team with project objectives, support Construction Engineers across 8 states, and self-manage small-scale projects as needed.


Must-Have Skills:

  • Wireless Experience: Proven experience in the wireless industry, specifically with the deployment of wireless cell sites.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft and G Suite Tools; adept at working with databases and manipulating data.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivation: Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, ask insightful questions, and network effectively.
  • Track Record: Proven history of engaging teams to achieve goals and delivering results.
  • System Knowledge: Working knowledge of systems such as Fuze SPM and Quick Bid; ability to review construction drawings and provide constructive feedback.


Desired Skills:

  • Site Management Tools: Experience with Fuze or similar site management databases.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in Tableau or advanced Excel (macros, pivots, VLOOKUPs).
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with an understanding of PIM, Fiber, and A&L Sweeps.


Education/Certifications:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Desired: Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) are a plus.
