We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Field Inspector to join our team at JEO Consulting Group. As a Construction Field Inspector, you will be responsible for providing on-site inspection services for municipal/county/state improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with construction standards, regulations, and contract requirements.
- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and contract documents to identify potential issues and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including designers, contractors, and clients, to resolve issues and ensure project progress.
- Assist with design calculations and provide technical support to project teams.
- Record and maintain accurate project records, including progress files, email correspondence, and design alterations.
- Perform field construction observation to ensure compliance and detailed documentation.
- 4+ years of prior industry experience in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with project management software, such as Appia Software.
