Overview
Provide business operations administrative support to a corporate real estate brokerage team.
Responsibilities
- Type, format, and produce documents such as proposals, presentations, correspondence, and reports
- Establish and maintain record-keeping and filing systems
- Maintain calendar and contact database, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings
- Coordinate travel or conference arrangements for the team
- Conduct research, update databases, and prepare materials for mass mailings
- Complete expense reports and reconcile receipts
- Handle inbound and outbound mail
- Answer phone inquiries, research and resolve issues based on department policies
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- High School Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- CRM experience preferred
- Real estate experience preferred
