Bilingual Onsite Specialist

About Us: Wood Personnel Services is a premier staffing firm based in Nashville, TN, dedicated to connecting top talent with outstanding opportunities. We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Bi-Lingual Onsite Representative to join our team and support our client operations.
Job Description: As an Onsite Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and candidates at their job site. You will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication between the client and our staffing agency, and maintaining a positive working environment for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between the client and Wood Personnel Services.
- Manage and coordinate staffing requirements, including scheduling and attendance tracking.
- Address and resolve employee and client issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to ensure job satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to staffing and employee performance.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.
- Monitor and enforce safety and compliance protocols at the job site.
- Provide regular reports to Wood Personnel Services management on staffing metrics and client feedback.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a staffing or human resources role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a required.
