Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to our diverse clientele, ensuring a positive and professional image of the company through every interaction.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, providing accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues, escalating complex cases as needed, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure efficient problem resolution.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and contribute to implementing improvements, upholding high standards of service excellence while meeting performance metrics.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, utilizing strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Intermediate in MS Office Suite.

Working Hours:

  • Monday-Friday.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • 8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm PST.
