- Assist customers in resolving issues, escalating complex cases as needed, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure efficient problem resolution.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and contribute to implementing improvements, upholding high standards of service excellence while meeting performance metrics.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, utilizing strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Intermediate in MS Office Suite.
Working Hours:
- Monday-Friday.
- 40 hours per week.
- 8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm PST.
