Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking a Bibliographic Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will engage in a range of bibliographic responsibilities within a collaborative environment, encompassing original cataloging and enhancements of bibliographic records across various formats. Your cataloging efforts will adhere to both national and international standards as well as specific client requirements. You will work alongside a dedicated team of professionals and support staff in an office setting to ensure that outgoing materials consistently meet our high standards for quality, timeliness, and volume. The ideal candidate will possess previous cataloging experience.

Essential Qualifications:
- MLS/MLIS or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of original cataloging experience at a professional or paraprofessional level in a library or library vendor environment
- At least 1 year of experience using an integrated library system
- Familiarity with RDA and AACR2 cataloging standards, LCSH, LC Dewey classification schedules, and MARC21/OCLC formats
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Catalogs materials in all formats in compliance with national and international standards and local guidelines
- Proposes enhancements to workflows and policies for new materials and cataloging accounts
- Assists support staff with training and quality assurance
- Stays updated on changes to bibliographic standards and policies, including those specific to Ingram's proprietary databases
- Meets production and quality objectives while adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
