Summary

Our ideal candidate is service-focused and will be responsible for client onboarding, ongoing servicing of clients, CRM management and advisor-ready prep materials. The associate will partner with the firm’s business units to actively manage each client relationship ongoing.

Essential Functions

  • Deliver advisor-ready meeting prep and follow up materials, collect data and documents for assigned clients, interpret client documents to answer client questions, and keep all aspects of CRM up to date.
  • Represent the NorthRock firm and advisor practices by partnering with internal and external business partners to complete tasks, resolve/facilitate requests, represent the client, and provide an exceptional client experience
  • Represent NorthRock as a main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Play a role in client onboarding, servicing, meetings, and follow-up as necessary
  • Work closely with other Client Service Associates to implement improved processes and operational policies
  • Create personalized relationships and experiences for clients while continuously improving client service standards and delivery across the practice and the organization

Required Education & Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
  • 2+ year(s) of related experience
  • Successful candidates will combine service acumen across many of the following areas: Financial Planning, Insurance, Tax Services, Estate Planning, Executive Compensation, Cash Flow Management, Accounting
  • Experience in a client-service or professional service role
  • Experience with a CRM database is appreciated (e.g. Salesforce)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-3 year(s) of Client Service experience
