Job Description:

The basic function of this position: Is to operate as a lead in the efforts to maintain, fulfill and document orders and logs for Parts and services. Candidate must be a US citizen. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will supervise and run order fulfillment logs, reports and delivery of shipping and receipt, count, and inspect equipment materials to ensure accurate quantity and quality. Be a liaison of the Parts and Service department to internal and external customers. Make periodic inventory counts of parts room items to ensure proper identification and re-supply needs. Prepare orders.

Spare Parts Lead - Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team of 3 or more as a player coach
  • Assist Technical and Service Managers; oversee order entry function and processing
  • Assist service manager with projects.
  • Monitor daily shipments, as well as warranty orders and material to be returned (prepare and process RMA’s)
  • Pack and ship orders as required.
  • Prepare field service job orders and close out order after the job is completed.
  • Contact customers for orders follow-up
  • Monitor rush orders to ensure the order is shipped out as committed to the customer.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls related to parts/retrofit orders and non-technical issues.
  • Daily and monthly shipment logs, on time delivery reports and monitor actual performance against departmental KPI’s.
  • Generate weekly shipment log for key accounts.
  • Daily and monthly warranty log updates and review.
  • Monitor stock of spare parts in the stockroom, especially critical spares.
  • Work with sales to coordinate fulfillment of customer orders and spare parts.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associates degree or technical training
  • 7+ experience in customer service: including excellent customer service skills
  • Language skills- Fluency in English. Korean or Chinese will be a plus
  • Strong Oral/written skills
  • Physical Demands – lifting up to (25lbs) unassisted
  • Full time position, on-site presence required at the Florham Park office.
  • Ability to multi-task, work in safe and orderly manner, understand and support Quality Policy
