Knight Commercial is a commercial restoration, construction and roofing company that provides comprehensive services to restore facilities to their pre-loss condition in the event of an emergency or catastrophic situation caused by water or flood damage, fire, biohazard or trauma events, and instances of mild to extensive mold growth. We consider it our privilege and responsibility to respond immediately when needed and do everything possible to relieve our clients and their patrons from the burden of such situations.
- ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE EXPECTATIONS
- Help sell and continue to build out the Minneapolis market for Knight Commercial
- Coordinate a regional/national marketing effort
- Develop a specific target group consisting of regional/national decision makers related to commercial property, insurance and risk management – hitting a minimum of $1mil in sales in year one
- Develop a database of professional and vendor relationships with referral capabilities for a regional presence
- Coordinate activity and involvement within relevant networking groups
- Be willing to travel to help coordinate and set up new projects that you obtain
- Perform initial scope and estimate responsibilities as first on-site
- Coordinate all communication between the client and operations teams
- Provide final invoicing and support in collecting final payment from clients
- Be teachable, coachable, full of integrity and drive
- Assist in any potential restoration, construction and roofing projects scoping as they manifest for local, national and corporate accounts
- Review and edit budgetary items for project scopes and estimates
- Assist in managing and coordinating projects and losses for local, national and corporate accounts
