Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management – Lead and manage multiple Data and AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Technical Proficiency – Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI for data visualization and reporting; Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
  • Data Analysis and Visualization – Utilize Tableau and Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables; Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT/IS, Data Science, AI, or a related field.


Skills/Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on Data and/or AI projects
  • Experience with other Data Visualization tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R)
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and AI frameworks
  • Familiarity with Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and Big Data technologies
  • Secondary Skills/Good To have - PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus
  • Soft skills/other skills (If any) - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a track record of successful project delivery
  • Presentation Skills: Effectively presenting project updates and outcomes to stakeholders and executives
