As an Associate at SEP, you will play a pivotal role in our continued growth strategy by:

  • Connecting directly with hiring managers to network and understand their hiring needs;
  • Conducting client site visits to foster lasting business relationships;
  • Engaging with job seekers to assess their skills and career aspirations;
  • Coordinating interviews between hiring managers and qualified candidates;
  • Developing full-cycle sales skills from initial contact with companies and candidates, to consultation on interview best practices, to negotiation, and onboarding;
  • Growing into training and leadership roles within our firm.


We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • 6 months to 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a client-facing role;
  • Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and new business development; and
  • A passion for meeting challenges with a confident, proactive approach to problem-solving.
