  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, reporting progress and challenges to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred, but not required
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in an engineering or product development role.
  • Strong mechanical engineering background with experience in product design and development.
  • Some experience with electrical and hydraulic systems, with the ability to integrate these into mechanical designs.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading projects and teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in product development.
