Position Overview:
We invite you to become a part of our dynamic team as a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training under the mentorship of our Quality Supervisor.
This position is ideal for individuals embarking on their career journey, as we are dedicated to nurturing talented candidates who may not yet possess extensive experience.
Your key responsibilities will encompass the implementation and upkeep of quality assurance protocols, performing inspections, collaborating on process enhancements, conducting root cause investigations, maintaining thorough documentation, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
Additionally, you will be instrumental in training and developing production staff while promoting a culture centered around quality and continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, tools, and methodologies
- Familiarity with quality assurance frameworks
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification is advantageous
- Experience with statistical analysis and quality management software is a plus
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is preferred
