This is a direct hire, full time position, that features a hybrid schedule (remote on Fridays).

Responsibilities Summary:

  • Providing administrative assistance, legal document preparation, trial preparation, and information requests for attorneys and staff.
  • Communication with courts, clients, and other council.
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the legal team.
  • Will be working in a team-based setting with other Legal Assistants supporting multiple attorneys.


Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of legal administrative experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Must have familiarity with State and Federal litigation procedures and processes, e-filing, and creating table of authorities.
