As an Administrative Professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team's operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include sign management, file organization, data base management, quarterly calls, managing the group's VIP Club, social media posts, executing marketing initiatives, event planning, and more. This position offers a diverse range of tasks, providing an opportunity for professional growth and development. It may begin part time and grow as the team grows.

Compensation:

$15 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
  • Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reports
  • Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel
  • Oversee online and print marketing efforts
  • Purchase office equipment when appropriate
Qualifications:
  • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
  • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
