ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Month End/Year end close
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Manage staff
- Assist with audits
- Assure compliance with local taxing jurisdictions, experience with B&O taxes, Sales & Use Tax filings and Personal Property Tax filings in multiple states
- Development and implementation of processes and procedures
- Follow, establish and maintain proper internal controls
- Sales reporting
- Variance analysis
- Other ad-hoc reporting, tasks and duties as needed
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Progressive accounting experience
Compensation and benefits: $100k to $140k; PTO, 401(k), medical/dental
