Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Rockville, MD. The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the legal team, including answering phones, opening mail, managing calendar deadlines, opening, creating and maintaining client files, filing, processing accounts receivable and accounts payable, processing billing reports, and performing other administrative tasks.


Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Experience with legal billing and timekeeping software is a plus (our firm uses Quickbooks and Ebillity)
