Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Event Manager/Head Bartender to oversee and execute event operations that align with our vision of providing high-quality, non-alcoholic beverage experiences, and step in as a bartender when needed.


This dual role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for mixology, particularly in the non-alcoholic beverage space. If you thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and are eager to contribute to a growing start-up, we'd love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee event logistics from conception to completion.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their vision is executed flawlessly.
  • Manage event set-up, execution, and breakdown, ensuring each event runs smoothly.
  • Serve as the head bartender during events as necessary, including preparation and presentation of non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Lead and inspire a team of bartenders and support staff during events.
  • Handle any on-site challenges swiftly and professionally.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in event management and bartending, with a preference for knowledge in non-alcoholic mixology.
  • Has experience working in small businesses, ideally in a start-up environment.
  • Demonstrates adaptability and comfort in less structured settings, with a knack for improvisation.
  • Shows initiative and is motivated by the opportunity to grow with a burgeoning brand.
  • Previous experience in event management, particularly in the catering or beverage industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have valid CA driver's license and clean driving record.
