Overview:

As an Events Marketing Manager at Trusted Tech Team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events that align with our marketing strategy and business objectives. From webinars to industry conferences, you will ensure that every event the company hosts or participates in is executed flawlessly, delivers a strong return on investment, and enhances our reputation as a leader in the Microsoft Cloud Solutions space. Your role will involve working closely with internal teams and external partners to create memorable experiences that engage our audience and drive business growth.



Responsibilities:

Event Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and execute an events roadmap and strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing goals and business objectives.

• Plan and manage all aspects of events, including webinars, trade shows, conferences, roundtables, and customer appreciation events.

•Collaborate with the marketing team to create event themes, messaging, and promotional materials that drive attendance and engagement.


Event Execution:

• Oversee the logistical planning and execution of events, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site coordination.

• Work closely with internal teams, including sales and customer success, to ensure seamless event execution and alignment with business objectives.

• Manage event registration processes, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up activities for hosted customer events.


Partnerships and Sponsorships:

• Identify and secure strategic partnerships and sponsorships that enhance the impact and reach of our events.

• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, vendors, and event sponsors to maximize event success.


Audience Engagement and Experience:

• Design and implement strategies to engage event attendees before, during, and after events, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

• Leverage various communication channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to promote events and drive participation.

• Collect and analyze attendee feedback to continuously improve event experiences and outcomes.



Deliverables:

• Event Strategy: A comprehensive plan outlining the objectives, target audience, competitor participation, and an event roadmap for 2025.

• Event Plans and Budgets: Detailed plans and budgets for each event, including timelines, resources, and vendor agreements.

• Event Marketing Campaigns: Executed marketing campaigns that drive event registration, attendance, and engagement across multiple channels.

• Post-Event Reports: Detailed reports on the outcomes of each event, including attendance metrics, feedback, ROI, and recommendations for future improvements.



Required Skills & Qualifications (must-haves):

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 5-7 years of experience in customer advocacy, customer reference management, or a similar role, preferably within the tech or B2B sector.

• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and motivate customers to participate in advocacy programs.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong writing and communication skills, with experience in creating customer-facing materials.

• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and advocacy management tools.

• Travel- Projected 25% depending on events roadmap.
