We are seeking a dynamic Event Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be pivotal in increasing brand awareness and driving engagement through the planning and execution of marketing events.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify Suitable Events
  • Research and contact event organizers to identify and evaluate events suitable for Golfjoy.
  • Assess events based on target audience, attendance, and relevance.
  1. Event Planning
  • Develop comprehensive event plans, including objectives, target audience, location, and required materials.
  • Determine staffing needs and assign roles.
  • Create and manage event budgets, including venue costs, marketing materials, travel, and staffing.
  • Establish timelines with key milestones and deadlines.
  1. Host Marketing Events
  • Confidently present and speak in front of multiple clients.
  • Set up interactive demonstrations of Golfjoy simulators to showcase features and benefits.
  1. Online Educational Sessions
  • Plan and schedule regular webinars and online training sessions.
  • Prepare and deliver content on Golfjoy technology, applications, and customer success stories.
  1. Customer Success Stories & Sales Materials
  • Collect and document customer success stories, testimonials, and case studies.
  • Create and update sales materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  1. Social Media Engagement
  • Develop and post engaging golf-related content on social media platforms.
  • Implement campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  1. Collecting Customer Feedback
  • Implement methods for collecting feedback during and after events (e.g., surveys, interviews).
  • Communicate feedback to the R&D team to inform product improvements and upgrades.

Qualifications

  • MBA, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning and execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for marketing purposes.
  • Passion for golf and familiarity with golf technology is a plus.

Preferable:

- Experience in the golf industry or an avid golf player is a plus.

- Ability to engage directly with senior decision-makers in the golf industry.
