Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Event Supervisor to oversee the various aspects of our dynamic events. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team, ensuring adherence to company policies and fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently allocate event staff to specific roles and locations.
  • Conduct comprehensive briefings for team members, both individually and collectively.
  • Maintain consistent communication with staff to provide updates, address questions, and resolve issues swiftly.
  • Deliver thorough training for all positions within your designated area.
  • Coordinate necessary rest and meal breaks in accordance with state regulations.
  • Respond promptly to all calls related to crowd management, medical situations, security issues, and guest assistance.
  • Address customer service inquiries throughout all phases of each event, including providing directions and information.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of and compliance with the policies and regulations of various venues and events.
  • Perform administrative duties, including managing timesheets, break schedules, and preparing required reports.
  • Handle medical emergencies involving staff, complete necessary injury reporting paperwork, and submit to Human Resources.
  • Prepare and issue written disciplinary documentation as required.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to engage effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Consistently bring energy and enthusiasm to the workplace.
  • Willingness to work extended hours as needed.
  • Preferred experience of 1+ year in live event management.
