This position holds the responsibility of increasing revenue through inside sales, sales support, account management, database marketing and providing an outstanding client experience. Following the Image360 consultative sales process, the Client Service Specialist will manage several forms of client communications to uncover needs, provide solutions and lead the sales process through completion.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate clients' needs and develop solutions based on those needs.
  • Manage client walk-in traffic, incoming calls, emails, and take the appropriate actions.
  • Enter estimates and orders, take payments and generate reports as needed in our Point of Sale system.
  • Ability to be a conduit between our operations team and clients in order to ensure strong client service, timeliness and quality.
  • Maintain daily communication with our operations team.
  • Source necessary items from approved vendors.
  • Conduct estimate management and follow up.
  • Update client records and purchasing history.
  • Maintain clean and organized work area and showroom.


Qualifications/ Skills:


At least 2 years business-to-business sales and / or client service experience - apply only if you have product sales experience (** Sign and Graphic Company Experience a PLUS **)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook and Excel
  • Familiarity with Adobe programs including Illustrator highly desirable
  • Professional, upbeat, and friendly personality with excellent people skills
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Positive outlook, goal-oriented, and reliable
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including working additional hours if necessary.
  • Ability to work independently as well as an integral team member
  • Clean driving record with dependable transportation
  • Expertise in Internet search, familiarity with Social Media sites
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Keen multi-tasking abilities
  • Basic measuring and math skills


Salary range: $16 - $22 per hour based on experience
