Overview
The Client Relations Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Wealth Management Group by assisting Financial Advisors with various administrative tasks and client-related operations. This position demands exceptional organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees client accounts, processes necessary documentation, and addresses alerts from various platforms.
- Assists Financial Advisors by crafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and developing client proposals.
- Facilitates client meetings, seminars, and other administrative activities.
- Conducts data entry and maintains the contact management system.
Qualifications
- Experience in the professional services sector is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Possession of Series 7 and Series 66 licenses is preferred.
