We are seeking an experienced Land Acquisition Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in purchasing raw land and entitled lots for residential development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate the acquisition of raw land and entitled lots for residential development projects.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential land opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, developers, and local government authorities.
  • Coordinate due diligence, including environmental assessments, zoning, and land use regulations.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth transition from acquisition to development phase.
  • Prepare and present land acquisition proposals to senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Urban Planning, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in land acquisition, particularly in residential development.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of local real estate market and zoning laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
