Position Overview:

Role Responsibilities:
As a service advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their vehicle maintenance needs by effectively communicating the importance of adhering to manufacturer guidelines.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting thorough inspections of customer vehicles upon arrival.
  • Identifying and addressing clients' service requirements.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact between clients and technicians.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Reviewing service histories and recommending necessary services based on multipoint inspection results.
  • Creating and verifying accurate repair orders, ensuring all documentation supports warranty claims.

Supporting Department Goals:
Contribute to the success of the service department by:

  • Enhancing sales of labor, parts, and accessories.
  • Administering warranty repairs in compliance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Ensuring all vehicle services are performed correctly before returning them to clients.
  • Conducting active vehicle deliveries to customers upon completion of work.
  • Continuously building knowledge of products and services through training and hands-on experience.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range between $70,000 and $115,000, based on market rates, skills, experience, and performance. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
