Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of customer vehicles during service drive interactions, accurately identifying and communicating service requirements.
  • Engage with clients to assess their immediate automotive service needs.
  • Act as a vital link between technicians and customers, ensuring clear communication.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
  • Review vehicle service history and inspection results, recommending necessary services to clients.
  • Prepare and verify precise repair orders, including all required documentation for warranty claims.
Support Service Department Objectives:
  • Enhance sales of labor, parts, and accessories.
  • Administer warranty repairs for both new and used vehicles in line with manufacturer standards.
  • Ensure services are performed correctly by inspecting vehicles before returning them to clients.
  • Conduct active vehicle delivery sessions with customers upon completion of work.
