Our client, a Media Agency is seeking a PART TIME Information Technology Support Specialist in their New York, NY location:
Essential Functions, other duties assigned as needed.
- Onboard and off-board employees' IT related equipment, in conjunction with the current MSP.
- Respond to employee support needs and train them on company software and hardware
- Troubleshoot network, SaaS, and hardware issues
- Manage physical infrastructure and support audio visual needs in conference rooms
- Manage and optimize our communications and data tech stack
Who you are
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support role.
- Creative problem solver who finds alternative solutions from the status quo
- An entrepreneurial spirit that isn’t afraid to take action
- Voracious learner of new technologies and data strategies
- Highly proficient with macOS and iOS, Dropbox, Slack, Microsoft, G Suite.
- Ability to work on-site at our office in New York City, 2 days per week.
