This role is based out of our office in Reston, VA.


Basic understanding of some of the following technologies:

  • Networking
  • Storage
  • Linux
  • TCP/IP
  • Windows Clustering/DHCP/DNS.
  • Windows 2003/2008
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer facing environment.
  • Ability to follow standard engineering principles and practices.
  • Logical approach to problem solving.
  • Multiplatform Operating Systems Knowledge (Windows, Linux , UNIX) would be an added advantage


Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in Virtualization & Cloud computing will be preferred.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely on complex technical topics.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills (network communications, virtualization platforms (vSphere, Open Stack), and public cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, etc).
  • Prior customer support experience and use of customer support tools (Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, etc. ).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
