We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing top-notch support to our users. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 admin center.
- Install, deploy, and maintain network-based printers.
- Troubleshoot O365-related issues.
- Install, configure, and update network software, as well as maintain hardware and network devices.
- Manage inventory of workstations and other devices.
- Perform diagnostic tests, repairs, and develop data archiving, backup, and retrieval procedures.
- Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting for all IT issues, managing tickets within Freshdesk and routing them to the appropriate team.
- Support video conferencing events by providing necessary supplies and troubleshooting issues.
- Image and re-image devices.
- Set up, troubleshoot, and manage mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and support Windows devices.
- 2 years minimum of related professional experience
