Join Our Team as a Construction Technology Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Construction Technology Specialist to join our team at Rand Construction. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our construction technology program, conducting laser scans, and providing project-specific support to our project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the construction technology program, including conducting laser scans and reality tracking efforts
  • Provide project-specific support to project teams, including project managers, superintendents, estimators, and project executives
  • Interact with clients, owners, subcontractors, and design teams to promote and support construction technology use and needs
  • Support innovation in the use of technology to streamline the project process and required tasks
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering
  • Minimum of two to four years of experience working with construction technology in the architectural or construction industry
  • Working experience with laser scanning equipment and software (Faro)
  • Working knowledge of the latest Autodesk Building Design Suite (Revit, Navisworks & AutoCAD) or equivalent
  • Experience interfacing with clients, architects, owners, and subcontractors
