  • Assisting with data analytics
  • Building and maintaining relationships with team members and external partners
  • Creating and refining processes to improve departmental efficiency
  • Coordinating meetings for several team members as needed


What you’ll need


  • Recent experience in administrative support, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other data analytics tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Experience in creating and refining processes to improve efficiency
  • Confidence in coordinating and scheduling meetings
