Solugenix is assisting a client in their search for an HR Business Partner. This is a direct hire opportunity based in Irvine, CA (Hybrid).
Looking for an HR Business Partner to join a rapidly growing company. Ideal candidates will come from a background where they were instrumental in leading company or companies through rapid growth & expansion. This will be employee centric. This HRBP will be looked upon to give suggestions and advice through personal experience, research, knowledge and understanding of the current environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience in HR is required.
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws and procedures.
- Strong demonstrated knowledge of employee relations procedures and applicable law.
Key knowledge in the areas of:
- Change Management Process.
- Rapid growth of a company.
- The ability to work with managers and help/train them to adjust to the rapid change in the environment.
- Able to whiteboard issues to find solutions with Executive Management.
- Framework of what a successful or efficient company looks like internally.
- Strong employee relations.
- Able to read the room, make adjustments in real-time, or pivot for successful outcomes
- Drive the company culture in a positive way.
Responsibilities:
- The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acting as an employee advocate and change agent.
- Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions.
- The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
- The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's strategic plans, its culture and its goals.
- Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Participates in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success and training objectives are met for the organization.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with support from supporting teams by conducting effective, thorough, timely and objective investigations.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Work closely with management and team members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Annual Base Salary Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $110,000 to $110,000. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
