Manages the end-to-end process mapping and process improvement for HR Operations and other areas in People and Performance.
Lead the design and implementation of process mapping and process improvement to ensure that our People enjoy a delightful HR experience that is effective, efficient and accurate.
A strong attention to detail and process orientation will be crucial to help build and maintain an accurate global repository of human resources process maps using a process taxonomy, process mapping style guides while building and adhering to our process improvement guiding principles
Provides process expertise for critical business programs across the People & Performance function with significant exposure to all HR centers of excellence so that People & Performance service delivery, communications and data integrity are maintained for programs
Maintain a process taxonomy and methodology to organize and assess core global HR processes
Regularly review and troubleshoot processes and HR data, and identify opportunities for further improvement
Support data analysis work to provide relevant, actionable feedback to teams on how to improve core People & Performance programs and operations
Work with the HR Leads to identify and proactively implement solutions
Understand where technology can be leveraged and/or facilitate solutions developed by subject matter experts to refine or eliminate non value-add process steps
Support the design and creation of content and educational materials related to processes and standard operating procedures
Partner with HR Operations leaders to identify escalation trends, prioritize optimization opportunities, and remove roadblocks to execution
Leads the preparation and execution of innovative, cost-effective strategies and tools to meet and adjust to company and market needs
Manages Projects and Implementations of Programs o Creates, tracks, and manages project timelines and deliverables for HR Ops and P&P o Provides analytical and project management leadership for HR Operations deliverables including HRIS/Workday, Compensation, Data Analytics, GmbH and other projects as assigned
Manages HR Services implementation program efforts from initiation through deployment Ensures effective transition to the ongoing team
Strong ability to establish alliances with other departments and organizations by recognizing dependencies in order to assess potential partnership and commitment to the program o Endorse change, sponsor change initiatives and search for other organizations' best practices to adopt or modify change
Establish and work within program governance models; implement project objectives, timelines, milestones, and budgets
Distill information and explain it to others o Schedule project meetings, document meeting minutes and key decisions, and track action items
Assess project issues and propose resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and stakeholder-satisfaction goals and objectives
Implement mechanisms for monitoring and reporting progress, to management as well as project stakeholders
Investigate project opportunities and develop business cases to support management decisions on program strategy
Track project effectiveness by analyzing data and maintaining strong communication channels with project stakeholders
Research and identify trends in the field and stay current on policies and procedures o Support HR Operations on Compliance, Metrics and Other Initiatives
Create, track, and manage timelines and deliverables
Oversees and monitors all HR Operations training compliance and other compliance needs Develop and analyze metrics then provide proposals for enhancements and solutions
Update and distribute P&P analytics via dashboard and other means.
Education/Experience/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience may be considered.
A minimum of 5 years related experience, in HR Operations and/or Human Resources focused role. Experience within a medical device/biotech/high-tech environment preferred.
Position includes occasional overnight travel.
Must possess:

Sets up and maintains (directly or indirectly) the integrated program plan and other program management tools including critical path views, risk logs, status reports, and overall progress metrics and related presentations

Strong ability to develop cooperative relationships to achieve results through a win-win relationship.
