Pricing Manager
Location: Austin, TX
Job type: Full time
What You‘ll Do
- Assist in training branch managers and sales associates on the pricing structure and logic of our business system.
- Develop and facilitate a comprehensive plan to successfully increase Gross Margin and driving pricing utilization for that assigned Region.
- Work in conjunction with Branch Management to identify, develop and facilitate a plan to educate the sales force on methods for and consequences of margin improvement.
- Identify, Create, and Maintain pricing matrices within a region and/or branch.
- Identify and Target areas for improvement based on customers or sales-person behavior.
- Prepare and present pricing analysis findings with management and sales teams
- Identify and analyze special pricing agreement within your region and work with managers to ensure maximum use of all vendor SPAs.
- Act as a resource for any pricing needs for assigned territory.

- Passionate individual with a desire to succeed.
- Possess strong analytical skills necessary to compare sales trends and market
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of customers, vendors and company executives.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and competitive spirit.
SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Highly proficient MS Excel, proficient in PowerPoint, MS Word, have a Bachelor‘s degree or equivalent job experience, basic product and/or vendor knowledge, and must be able to travel to other branches within region
