About this Position: 


We are looking for a super-smart and ambitious person with a proven track record of acquiring users and delivering growth in both B2C and B2B. You love to nerd-out when it comes to growth and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. 


This leader will be at the helm of our content marketing efforts, playing a critical role in how we continue to grow.



Core Responsibilities:


  • Manage paid advertising campaigns that include PPC, SEM, display advertising, social advertising, etc. 
  • Optimize a significant and aggressive monthly spend to drive both short-term and long-term revenue growth
  • Continue to grow current growth strategies that include influencer marketing, promotional campaigns, Organic/SEO activities, etc. 
  • Manage the Affiliate marketing program
  • Aggressively pursuit in testing unique channels to drive awareness, conversions, and retention.
  • Use A/B testing with alternative images and copy, optimize campaigns, track and report on key performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Operation Manager to build and deploy email and database marketing campaign. 
  • Present data-driven recommendations to management
  • Analyze which marketing channels, campaigns are working and not working. 


Ideal Candidate Brings:


  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing 
  • Proven track record of execution and driving growth 
  • Extremely knowledgeable and experienced in using platforms such as Adwords, Facebook Ads, and a variety of other channels 
  • Excellent written communications skills for email and landing page copy 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Qualified candidates will have a B.A. in Business, Marketing, or a related field of study Comfortable in a start-up environment with an “all hands on deck” mentality 
  • Experience working on consumer products
  • Technology Start-up experience preferred
