Summary:

his is a client facing role, candidates will need meet with various clients, analyze their current usage of Salesforce and suggest process improvements, run full life cycle marketing campaigns, implement automation, and optimize the CRM.


Highly Preferred:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience




Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end process of marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage marketing automation platforms, with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Implement and optimize automated workflows and journeys to enhance customer engagement.
  • Analyze marketing data to generate insights, track KPIs, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Maintain and optimize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Salesforce) to ensure data integrity and effective segmentation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless integration and utilization of CRM data.
  • Assist in the planning and management of the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor expenses and provide regular reports on budget performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and implement best practices to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Creative, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve marketing goals.




Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing management, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and utilizing marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM management and data segmentation.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.





Contract Talent The salary range for this position is 50/hr to 57/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
