Position Overview:

The Lifecyle Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the entire marketing funnel to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure a seamless flow of prospects through the funnel, from awareness to conversion.


Responsibilities:

  • Funnel Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive marketing funnel strategy that aligns with business goals and targets key customer segments.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to attract new prospects, and design nurturing workflows to move leads through the funnel.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, content, and paid advertising.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor funnel performance metrics, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of funnel activities.
  • Content Coordination: Collaborate with content creators to develop targeted materials that support each stage of the funnel, from awareness to decision-making.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing to improve funnel performance, experiment with different approaches, and implement best practices.
  • Technology Management: Utilize marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to manage the funnel and track customer journeys.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget for funnel-related activities, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on funnel management, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the marketing funnel.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative Thinking: Innovative mindset with the ability to develop creative solutions to improve funnel performance and customer engagement.
  • Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC
