Position Summary

We are seeking a proficient Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with significant experience in the insurance and banking sectors. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of marketing automation, data governance, and customer journey design to facilitate impactful and tailored marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing initiatives utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, covering email, SMS, social media, and push notifications.
  • Construct and oversee customer journeys through Journey Builder, ensuring a cohesive and individualized customer experience.
  • Optimize and maintain the data structure within Marketing Cloud, including data extensions, segmentation, and data models.
  • Conduct regular audits and updates to guarantee data accuracy and integrity.
  • Establish and oversee marketing automation processes using Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and other Salesforce tools.
  • Create triggered and automated marketing campaigns that align with organizational objectives and customer interactions.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness using Salesforce Marketing Cloud's analytical tools and dashboards.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign outcomes and return on investment.
  • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with additional Salesforce solutions (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and external platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, IT, and Creative, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Diagnose and resolve any issues related to the platform's performance or functionality.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience: 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with best practices in email marketing, automation, and data privacy.
