  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, and Creative to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and goals.&
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the platform’s performance or functionality.&
Required Qualifications:& & Education:& &
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Information Technology, or related field.&
Experience:&
  • 3-5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.&
Skills:&
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.&
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities&
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.&
