Our client, a globally known Hotel in Chicago is seeking a Front Office Manager to guide and oversee the front desk and guest services team at one of the city's most esteemed luxury properties. The hotel offers a blend of elegance and modern amenities, including sophisticated accommodations, fine dining, and luxurious spa.


This role is essential for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and upholding the hotel’s renowned standards of service. The ideal candidate will bring strong hospitality expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.


Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years in front office operations within the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a department head role
  • In-depth understanding of front office procedures, including reservations, check-in/out, and guest services
  • Capability to analyze guest feedback and implement service improvements
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Commitment to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and enhancing the guest experience
