Job Title: Application Support Engineer


Work Location: Edison, NJ (Hybrid - Onsite)


Required Experience: 06 – 10 Years


Technical Skills Primary:

  • Overall coordination of project lifecycle activities
  • Act as a liaison between multiple teams Development Business analysis Architecture Release engineering Prod support
  • Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible
  • Actively tracking work as prioritized by the client stake holders
  • Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard
  • Provide L3 support to Troubleshoot and resolve issues using Datadog insights
  • Monitor and analyze application performance using Datadog Set up and maintain Datadog dashboards and alerts
  • Familiarity with CICD tools and processes
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of Datadog into the CICD pipeline
  • Managing development issues and escalating to Project Manager as appropriate
  • Prepares regular insightful reports and communications to stakeholders on project status and schedule


Technical Skills (Secondary Nice to have, NOT MANDATORY):

  • Experience in handling execution of projects in different methodologies including agile projects
  • Experience creating design dev documentation and transition documentations to support teams


Soft Skills:

  • Should be ready to upskill and cross skill
  • Excellent communication motivational and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to comprehend technical terminology and concepts
  • Should be able to handle multiple priorities seamlessly and be willing to work in an agile and dynamic environment
