Property Solutions Inc. is in search of a dedicated full-time Project Support Coordinator to deliver administrative assistance and facilitate report preparation for our Engineering division. This pivotal role is essential in providing project support to our proficient project management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers to generate and compile specific reports, ensuring all documents are organized and maintained.
  • Assist in the coordination of proposals, Requests for Information, and Requests for Proposals.
  • Perform data entry, compile, and review reports for accuracy and quality of non-technical content, delivering reports in accordance with client specifications, and maintaining a timeline for deliverables.
  • Produce engineering reports, ensuring all appendices are complete for inclusion. Prepare reports in PDF format for electronic delivery or physical distribution, including printing, collating, and binding as well as preparing packages for shipment.
  • Edit and type engineering reports and spreadsheets submitted by project managers or office management.
  • Monitor and verify the receipt of construction plans, specifications, and documents for projects, maintaining communication with project contacts until all necessary documentation is obtained.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Preferred Associates or Bachelor's degree.
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a dynamic, deadline-oriented office setting.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Adobe, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Candidates with experience in engineering and/or construction project processes will be given preference.

Desired Skills and Attributes:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong time management skills with the capability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A motivated self-starter with excellent customer service and organizational skills.
