Position Overview
Property Solutions Inc. is in search of a dedicated full-time Project Support Coordinator to assist our Engineering division. The ideal candidate will be proactive, demonstrating the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team. This pivotal role is designed to deliver administrative support to our skilled project management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Managers to generate and compile specific reports, ensuring the collection, organization, and maintenance of essential documents.
- Assist in the coordination of proposals, Requests for Information, and Requests for Proposals.
- Perform data entry, compile and review reports for accuracy and quality of non-technical content, and deliver reports in accordance with client specifications while maintaining a schedule for deliverables.
- Produce engineering reports, ensuring all appendices are complete for inclusion. Prepare reports in PDF format, facilitate electronic delivery, and manage the printing, collating, and binding of reports as well as preparing packages for shipment.
- Edit and type engineering reports and spreadsheets submitted by project managers or office management.
- Monitor and verify the receipt of construction plans, specifications, and documents for projects, maintaining communication with project contacts until all required documentation is obtained.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Preferred Associates or Bachelor's degree.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a dynamic, deadline-oriented office environment.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Adobe, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in engineering and/or construction project processes is highly regarded.
Preferred Skills and Attributes:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong time management skills with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A motivated self-starter with excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others and take direction from various individuals.
