Description

  • Lead and manage multiple commercial and residential construction projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving any issues that arise.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on commercial and residential projects.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
