Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the accounts receivable and billing processes from end-to-end.
  • Develop and maintain billing procedures that ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and ensure timely collections.
  • Review and approve adjustments, refunds, and write-offs.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve billing issues and improve processes.
  • Prepare regular financial and operational reports related to accounts receivable and billing.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to billing and collections.
  • Train and mentor staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5 years) in accounts receivable, billing, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., netsuite, salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
