I'm partnered with an LI based GC/CM with luxury clients not only in NY but also in Florida, DC, California, New Jersey, Boston, Virginia, etc. In addition to their extensive retail interior fit-out project portfolio, this client services clients for ground up commercial projects, medical projects, fitness, and restaurants.


Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience working on luxury retail projects and/or commercial projects
  • Experience working directly with high-end retail clients
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality, on-time, and within-budget projects in the luxury retail sector.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage project teams and foster collaborative working relationships.
  • Experience in coordinating and overseeing subcontractors, vendors, and tradespeople to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to quality standards.
