About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at IPS-Integrated Project Services. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project delivery, including planning, execution, and control
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that they do not impact the project's objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction managers, site superintendents, and project directors
  • Monitor and report project costs, including committed values, forecasted commitments, and actual expenditures
  • Support project executives, directors of operations, and general managers in preparing project delivery proposals
  • Manage changes to prime contracts, including change control documentation and related financial documentation
  • Coordinate with accounting to invoice clients and manage accounts receivable to meet corporate goals
  • Work with the financial group to manage project financial issues
  • Monitor design content and coordinate design revisions for constructibility and compliance with basis documents, schedule, and budget
  • Prepare and manage subcontracts and purchase orders, including change control documentation and related financial documentation
  • Support project/client development process with presentations and related marketing activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline or an equivalent technical degree
  • 10-15 years of experience in project delivery or a related discipline
  • Demonstrate significant experience in terms of industry knowledge and positions of leadership
