Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Technology and Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end installation and deployment of our advanced healthcare hardware solutions. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that our products are implemented efficiently, comply with industry standards, and meet the highest quality expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional project management abilities, and a deep understanding of healthcare environments.


Responsibilities:


  • Establish and maintain project timelines, ensuring that all phases of hardware installations and related tasks are executed according to the plan.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Own all technical aspects of hardware installations, including planning, configuration, and deployment of healthcare tech equipment (will include onsite travel).
  • Ensure that installations (hardware/software) are conducted in compliance with healthcare regulations, industry standards, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure and manage technology solution components, ensuring timely delivery and integration.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of installed solution components (hardware/software) to confirm functionality, reliability, and integration with existing systems.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software developers, engineers, designers, and clinical experts, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage project risks and issues, and proactively identify and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as HIPAA and FDA regulations.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and assistance to address any issues or questions related to hardware functionality and performance.
  • Execute project implementations including system upgrades, new technology implementations, and process improvements
  • Work closely with product development teams to support the implementation, integration and interoperability of healthcare systems, ensuring seamless data exchange between different platforms.
  • Prepare technology requirements for RFP/RFIs, coordinate internal processes and respond to customer feedbacks.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, computer science, engineering, or related field
  • Prior IT Consulting and Project Management Experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex healthcare technology projects from initiation to completion.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare technologies, including electronic health records (EHR), telemedicine, and medical devices.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, such as HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
